At Wine Folly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your educational tools and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-perishable merchandise in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that posters are rolled and glassware is padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the items are in resellable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
